International Reviews
The brain is strictly better: similar softness, more pressure and longer tunnel and more durable design. It is now my favorite to use.
Issue on reception: a very strong, uncomfortable chemical smell. I recommend cleaning it at least once before use to reduce the smell.
Cannot turn inside-out (I think) but it's relatively easy to squish it to reach inside with fingers to clean. The external ridges are not hard to dry at all, but require more renewing power/maizena. It leaves oily marks on surfaces.
The design feels durable: a simple big chunk with no thin parts anywhere. Even the entrance's border is a thick wall (~5mm, see picture 2) so I doubt it will ever tear, maybe it can get damaged by friction over-time if not correctly lubed? Otherwise the main body is malleable so you can get relatively rough and it will just deform.
The only gimmick is the exterior texture. The brain ridges feel very fun to play with even outside of sessions. The texture is very easy to grip, it's useable with one hand but feels best with two hands.
For the inside, the feeling upside-down is my preference as the soft stimulations feel evenly distributed. I don't feel much pleasure from harder onaholes but I was able to cum three times in one long session using this soft one.
Tunnel is about 14cm+ but the whole thing stretches either way. I'm ~15cm and it fits perfectly, making a slight vacuum.
Speaking of size, the onahole does not fit into the "XTC Japan Toy Sack" sold here so don't bother pairing them, it's too wide and won't allow the zipper to close (see picture 3). I kept mine in the bag it was delivered in instead.
I would strongly recommend it to soft onahole lovers. The "Brain" gimmick raises the price a bit. (But it does look very cool!) I got it on sale so this was less of a concern for me.
However, the feeling is amazing, one of the best ones I have tried, definetly would recommend this one to anyone, even with if its weirder out shape may seem a bit akward at first.
