As I said it is not an automasturbator in the sense that you can let it do its thing. Work it like an onahole and it feels great. The sound isn't so loud that it would annoy me, so no problem there either.
A little tip: If you finish off inside, better deactivate it fast or it starts sucking it in and spitting it out to the side. However, if that happens, you clean it in the same way by letting it suck water for a bit.
No, it really does not do it for me. I bring a good amount of girth to the table, so maybe that's part of the issue. Got trouble getting it in for starters, and you can't use a lot of lube on it or else it'll start getting sucked and out of the hole on the outside (that's also why they recommend you wear a rubber while using it, you don't want your gunk getting stuck in there). Since I stretch the insert out already I guess the toy has no room to play with and massage the meat, so while it does get my dick hard it doesn't offer much stimulation beyond that for me.
There is a little rotating thing with little silicone feelers on the inside that I guess is meant to simulate a partner teasing your tip with their tongue, but the times I tried it it either did nothing for me or was actually uncomfortable. Trouble is that you can't turn that part off, so I wasn't able to try and see if it would feel better if I pushed it in as far as I could.
